Our History

In 1995 we developed Aya Real Estate and we mainly focused on lands. After 12 years in 2007 we initiated a new Real Estate Developing Company today known as Sawaya Construction. Our 1st building in 2007 was located in Biakout and ever since our company has been delivering 150 apartments each year which is around 14 to 16 buildings. Here are some of the locations we’ve built on: Bsalim , Zouk Mekayel , Adonis , Zouk Mosbeh , Biakout , Zekrit. We started from soil and now the sky is our limit.
